KB483298: Important Note on Upgrading Enterprise Manager Statistics and Warehouse from 10.x to 11.x

When performing an in-place upgrade of Enterprise Manager 10.x to 11.x, a script is run against Enterprise Manager Statistics and the Warehouse. For the upgrade to be successful, your Enterprise Manager Data Loader service must point to your Statistics and Enterprise Manager Repository.
The Configuration Wizard will provide the option to upgrade your Enterprise Statistics and Manager Repository; however, this option does not upgrade your statistics and Enterprise Manager Repository with Strategy 2019.
If your upgrade is not successful, you can navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\MicroStrategy\Enterprise Manager\Scripts and execute the the script that corresponds with your DBMS type.
