This is an identified defect in Strategy Update 6 where the lower version of Oracle driver (08.02.2482) was replaced by the higher version by Update 6 (08.02.2564).
Install the Update 7 or higher to fix this issue.
Replace the myora64.dll file which by default is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\MicroStrategy\ODBC with the previous version (Update 5). Restart the Intelligence Server service. The driver version must be 08.02.2482.
