Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
In Platform Analytics, on the “Inactive User” page of the “User Activity” dossier, you may see that among “inactive users” there are those who at some point used to be part of projects within the Metadata/s upon which the dashboard is filtered.
1. Open the Out-of-the-Box Platform Analytics dossier called “User Activity”.
2. Go to the “Inactive Users” page.
3. Observe users on the list that are not assigned to any project/s anymore of the Metadata/s being filtered.
The dossier is working as designed in its current state.
It is expected that the User Activity dossier does not support this level of reporting. The dossier will list any users who have been active in any project of the specified Metadata/s at some point in the past but have not been active in the most recent 30 days. It does not have any mechanism for checking whether the user(s) in question currently have privileges assigned in the mentioned project/s.
It should be possible to accomplish the reporting requirement by blending with the Compliance Telemetry cube, via identifying which scopes (“lu_scope” table of the Platform Analytics Repository) the user inherits privileges from “rel_source_privilege_source_scope”, but this is not currently part of the Out-of-the-Box Platform Analytics reporting.
