Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 10.11, Outline mode doesn't retain the grid view after refreshing the Dossier.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a Dossier with Category, Subcategory and Cost, enable the outline mode.
2. Collapse Books and Electronics.
3. Refresh the Dossier, note that Books and Electronics are expanded:
CAUSE:
This is working as designed in Strategy Web 10.11.
