SYMPTOM
Error "Unexpected execution status: 2" appears when triggering mobile subscriptions in Strategy Command Manager 9.3.0, as shown below:

CAUSE
This is a known issue in Strategy Command Manager 9.3.0
ACTION
This issue has been Fix Confirmed in Strategy Command Manager 9.3.1. Please upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
