The execution_time from access_transactions table with Action Type ‘Execute with Cube Cache hit’ (action_type_id-317) is calculated from source topic file as below:
Execution Time = EXECFINISHTIME - REQUESTQUEUETIME - PROMPTANSTIME
Check in Kafka Topic file Mstr.PlatformAnalytics.IsReportStats, and extract below statistics.

"EXECFINISHTIME":1"REQUESTQUEUETIME":1"PROMPTANSTIME":0

The calculation Execution Time: 1-1-0=0 is correct.

Action

It is an expected behavior and there is no action needed in Strategy side.
