Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
If your dossier uses dataset imported from Excel, the Show Totals option may not work.
It is possible that metrics are defined as "Text" during data import.
Change the metric data type to a numeric format like Big Decimal.
