Symptom
When opening a HyperIntelligence Card using Workstation Strategy 2019, a "Failed to initialize Card" error message is displayed saying “undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘e.map’)” in the details section.
Cause
When a HyperIntelligence Card is created using a newer version of Workstation (e.g. Strategy 2019 Update 1) or an old card is saved using a newer version of Workstation, a new template of the card is produced and sent to the server. Workstation Strategy 2019 cannot open cards using a template version that is newer than Workstation itself.
Solution
Upgrade Workstation to the latest version available which can be found here .
