KB485800: Subscriptions created via Library are not visible in Workstation or Developer

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.

Symptom

The subscriptions created in Strategy Library are available only in the Subscription section of Library for its owner, while they are not accessible in Developer or Workstation.
Steps to reproduce

1. Access to Strategy Library and launch a dossier.
2. Click on Share and select Subscribe to Dossier; complete the subscription configuration as shown below:

1. Access to Developer or Workstation – the subscription created in Step 2 is not visible.

 
Action
This is a known limitation in Workstation 2021.x. It is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team for an upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
Starting in Strategy One Update 11, users can view subscriptions created via Library in Workstation. Library subscriptions also support limited contextual actions such as Run Now, Unsubscribe, and Delete.
