MicroStrategy Technical Support is excited to announce a brand new Case List view and Search!

Hey Strategy Enthusiasts!
 
Just wanted to send out a quick FYI and let you know that we’ve completed our second round of updates to the case portal.
 
What’s New in Version 2.0

  • New, friendlier look and feel
  • You can now read all case updates without needing to resize columns
  • You can now sort cases by the columns
  • Escalated cases are highlighted in red
  • Cases awaiting your action are highlighted in yellow 
  • You can now search cases by case number or key words and change the list view on the left
