The "Last Exec TS" metric has N/A values for all users on the "Inactive Users" page of the Platform Analytics "User Activity" Dossier.

Cesar Espinosa

Senior Support Engineer • Strategy

This article explains why the "Last Exec TS" metric has N/A values for all users on the "Inactive Users" page of the Platform Analytics "User Activity" Dossier.

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.

Description

In the "User Activity" Dossier of Platform Analytics, within the "Inactive Users" page, all users have a value of N/A for the "Last Exec TS" metric:

Cause

This is an expected behavior. If a user has been inactive for more than 30 days, the value of the metric "Last Exec TS" will be N/A and the user will go to the "Inactive Users" page of the Platform Analytics "User Activity" Dossier.

On the other hand, if a user has been in the system within the last 30 days, the user will appear in the "User Overview" page of the Platform Analytics "User Activity" Dossier and then, the “Last Exec TS” metric will have an actual value:
