KB441675: The data is not aligned with the header in a report in MicroStrategy Web 10.4 and above when the column header is locked in Microsoft Edge

SYMPTOM:
When the column headers are locked in a report in Strategy Web 10.4 and above and there is enough data for the users to scroll from left to right, when the user scrolls to the right, the data of the grid will not be aligned:
 

 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a report in Strategy Tutorial using the following attributes so there is enough data to scroll:
   
• Age Range
• Customer
• Customer Address
• Customer Age
• Customer Birth Date
• Customer City
• Customer Country
• Customer Email
• Customer Gender
• Customer Region
• Customer State
• Days to Ship
• Education Level
• First Order Date
• Household Count
• Housing Type
• Income Bracket
2. Open Strategy Web in Microsoft Edge and run the report.
3. Make sure the “Lock Column Headers” is enabled:

1. Scroll from left to right, and notice the data is not aligned with the headers.
   
• NOTE: In the feature releases (10.8 and above), the data will align, but there will be a slight lag, that still only occurs in Edge.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Web 10.4 and above.
 
ACTION:
Currently this issue is being reviewed by our Technology team and has been scoped for an upcoming scheduled Strategy release. KB441675
