KB424193: There is no outline to enable-disable Mobile statistics in MicroStrategy Command Manager 10.x

SYMPTOM
In Strategy Command Manager 10.x is possible to either enable or disable statistics as in earlier versions by using the available outline:

ALTER STATISTICS [DBINSTANCE "<stats_dbinstance>"] (BASICSTATS (ENABLED|DISABLED) [DETAILEDREPJOBS (TRUE|FALSE)] [DETAILEDDOCJOBS (TRUE|FALSE)] [JOBSQL (TRUE|FALSE)] [COLUMNSTABLES (TRUE|FALSE)] [PROMPTANSWERS (TRUE|FALSE)] [SUBSCRIPTIONDELIVERIES(TRUE|FALSE)] [INBOXMESSAGES (TRUE|FALSE)] | (SQLTIMEOUT <seconds> | PURGETIMEOUT <seconds>)) IN PROJECT "<project_name>";

As seen in the available outline, there is no option related to Mobile Statistics.
CAUSE
It's a limitation of Strategy Command Manager 10.x. 
ACTION
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release. KB424193
