Export a report to PDF from web In Strategy 2021 and open it, then get the error of “Unable to complete the export request due to the memory governing limit for PDF exporting.” as shown below:
The export error is not captured by Platform Analytics by verifying through a report in Platform Analytics project with attribute ‘Object’, ‘Action Type’, ‘Status’. The Status shows Success despite the export error as shown below:
Query the warehouse table access_transactions with object_id also gets the Status Success.

This is a known issue with Strategy 2021.
This issue has been fixed in Strategy 2021 Update 8. Please upgrade to take advantage of the fix.
