Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
Symptom
An error occurs when save as a dossier (uploaded via a .mstr file) that contains custom group or consolidation objects.Reproduce step
- Create a dossier with a Report containing Consolidation/custom group;
- download the dossier to an mstr file;
- Upload the mstr file to another project;
- Run the dossier, try to save as a new dossier;
- Error occurs.
Action
This is a known limitation, we do not support Consolidation/Custom Group in the new Data Import model. Please remove the Consolidation/custom group from the report and then try to download the dossier again.
