With AWS machines, you have the option of accessing the Web gateway instead of RDP’ing to the machines. This URL is similar to env-xxxxxx.customer.cloud.Strategy.com/rdp/# where the x’s are your environment number. Some people may get an invalid login error when attempting to user their Strategy credentials to login here like so:
RESOLUTION:
On this page of the AWS web gateway, you -must- login using the MSTR user and password you were provided in your Welcome to Strategy on AWS email you received when you provisioned the environment. This is the only login that will work for bypassing this screen.
