SYMPTOM:
Exporting a Dossier to PDF, the job if found stuck in Job Monitor and NewExportEngine.log file shows following error:
[NewExportEngine][ERROR] [PUPPETEER][OBJECT_ID:520577714A404A56E5F66A849A7EA882][EXPORT_ID:xxx][NODE_KEY:xxx] Failed to close Chromium. Error: Command failed: taskkill /pid xxx /T /F; ERROR: The process with PID xxxx (child process of PID xxxx) could not be terminated.

Same Dossier can be exported without any issue when there is no other job running at the same time.
CAUSE:
This issue is classified as a defect with Strategy Export Engine 11.0.
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed with Strategy 2019. Please upgrade to take advantage of the fix.
