While creating an email subscription in Strategy Web, an error appears when adding a new recipient that has an email address containing an apostrophe.
The error reads:
Please enter a valid value for 'Physical Address'
This is a known limitation in Strategy Web. However, it is not recommended to include an apostrophe in an email address.
Since it is not ideal to have apostrophes in an email address, there is no current solution to this limitation. To avoid this error, please use an email address that does not contain apostrophes.
