Strategy World is a four-day conference that features keynote events, 80+ sessions on enterprise and embedded analytics, and education courses for platform users. Thousands of attendees—including partner organizations, enterprise customers, and data enthusiasts—come together to network and talk digital transformation and opportunities for innovation.

World 2023 will be held at the Signia by Hilton and Waldorf Astoria hotels in Orlando, FL. The hotels are connected, and sessions will be in both properties from Monday, May 1 to Thursday, May 4, 2023.

Strategy World 2023 is an in-person event. However, the keynote presentations will be recorded.
The Keynotes will not be livestreamed, but they will be recorded and shared on the Strategy website in the weeks following World. Our product and customer sessions will not be recorded. A PDF of all session PowerPoint presentations will be added to the Strategy World 23 app each night.

World check-in will be in the Signia by Hilton hotel on the lobby level in the conference space. Registration & information desk hours are as follows:

Thursday, May 4: 8AM - 5PM
We recommend business or business casual attire for all conference functions, and casual attire for Tuesday night's conference party.
Attendees must be 18 years or older.
*Breakfast and lunch are included on May 2, 3, and 4, as well as the welcome reception on May 1, and the conference party on May 2.
As soon as the quote is executed, a member of the events team will email your Account Executive a registration code. Your Account Executive will then send you the code with registration instructions. This code will bring your registration fee to $0.
A single conference pass costs $1,495.
All government and nonprofit employees qualify for a discounted rate of $500. Please email your Strategy account representative or MicroStrategyWorld@microstrategy.com to obtain a discount code.
If you register with 10 or more team members you will automatically receive a discounted group rate of $747.50 per pass. That’s 50% off! The group rate cannot be combined with any other discounts. The group discount must be applied to a single order. You will have the option to add additional registrants in the system at time of purchase. We do not offer single day passes. The conference pass includes all activities on May 1-4.
Onsite registration is $1,495 paid via credit card. However, we recommend registering in advance.
Additional conference party tickets cannot be purchased separately. One entry to our exclusive theme park conference party is included in the Strategy World pass.
The World conference pass includes the education classes and certifications. We do require advance registration and space is limited.
The fast-track Analyst and Architect certifications are included in the cost of your World registration. Anyone who has registered for World can register for one of the certification offerings, space permitting, regardless of attendee type. However, you can’t take both the Departmental Analyst and Project Architect courses as they are at the same time.
You can register for the Departmental Analyst OR Project Architect courses in Step 3 of the World registration process. If you are already registered for World but not registered for an education course, you can access your registration online with your email address and confirmation number to add an education course and certification. Seats are limited and subject to availability.
The education courses are absolutely accessible to beginners. Our Education department will send out prep materials and instructions for all students 30 days prior to (and leading up to for those who register later) the sessions on May 1st. Moreover, the sessions themselves will be strictly focused on enabling learners to perform well on the certification. No matter your level of experience with Strategy, there is something to gain and a fair opportunity to realize success to propel your career forward.
Your ticket to World includes two fast track options to become a certified Departmental Analyst or Project Architect via live, instructor led training. This does not include access to all additional on-demand content, exclusively available with a Strategy Education subscription. Both courses will take place in Orlando on Monday, May 1 from 11 am- 5 pm. You will then take your certification exam on Thursday, May 4 from 9 am-1 pm.
You must register to participate in these fast-track courses and certifications. Seats are limited and subject to availability.
You will still need to purchase a World conference pass to attend any part of our World event.
The certification is hands-on in a live Strategy Cloud environment. You will be tested on items that are covered in the session on Monday, May 1. The certification is scored on a pass/fail basis. You will receive the results of your certification the following week on Friday, May 12.
Conference registration fees must be paid in full prior to attending the event. You will receive a payment confirmation and receipt via email once your credit card is processed and payment is complete. Payment methods include American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Please email MicroStrategyWorld@microstrategy.com with questions or if you need information regarding Strategy World 2023.
Payment by invoice is available for larger groups or companies not able to pay by credit card. Email MicroStrategyWorld@microstrategy.com for more details on this option. Please note, payment needs to be processed prior to attending the conference.
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. All cancellation requests received by March 31, 2023 are subject to a $250.00 service charge. Cancellation requests received after March 31, 2023 or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee. All refunds will be issued after the event. Email cancellation requests to MicroStrategyWorld@microstrategy.com.
Substitutions for World are permitted at any time until a pass holder checks into the event. Substitutes must work for the same company as the original registrant and payment information must remain the same. Substitutions are not valid for attendees already checked into the conference. Sharing attendee passes is not permitted. This event is organized by Strategy which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the event to any entity or individual. Strategy's receipt of registration and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Registrations and payments that are not accepted will be returned. Your World Pass does not include hotel accommodations. However, we have reserved room blocks at the Signia by Hilton and the Waldorf Astoria with discounted rates. The Signia Hilton & Waldorf Astoria room blocks are currently sold out.

The booking link on the registration confirmation page and in your email confirmation unfortunately does not allow more than one room to be reserved at a time. The hotel rate does not include any meals. The World conference pass, however, includes breakfast, lunches, and breaks, as well as the welcome reception and conference party at Universal Studios Florida.
