SYMPTOM
The Configurantion Wizard does not open and the following error message appears when launching the Strategy Configuration Wizard on AIX:

CAUSE
This error occurs because the library 'libXt.a' is missing. The missing library is a part of the X11 base libraries and must be installed on the machine.
ACTION
Download and install X11 base libraries so that the dependency may be satisfied.
NOTE: Contact IBM support for assistance in installing the missing libraries.
