SYMPTOM
When attempting to define an Information Source to the Strategy Intelligence Server using the SSL port in Narrowcast Administrator 10.x, the Narrowcast Administrator hangs and must be manually terminated:
CAUSE
Narrowcast Administrator does not currently support connecting to the Strategy Intelligence Server Information Sources using SSL.
ACTION
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
