Also, the Strategy Mobile Server log file MSTRLog_mmddyyyy.log was updated with the entries:

Connection refused: connect (com.Strategy.webapi.MSTRWebAPIException <class>CDSSXMLClusterNode</class>  <method>CreateConnection</method>   <message>EXCEPTION</message>
The connection failed. Possible causes are a) Server is not running, b) Server is loading project, c)  Network problem, or d) Server reached maximum connection limit. (com.Strategy.webapi.MSTRWebAPIException)</message>
ServiceManager: Error de sintaxis XML.) (com.Strategy.webapi.MSTRWebAPIException)</message>

NOTE:

This issue was faced with the latest Strategy Mobile App for iPad release available at the Apple Store.

CAUSE:

This is an unknown issue which its cause has not been identified due to it is an unique occurrence.

ACTION:

In this specific case, this issue was no longer reproducible after repairing the Strategy Mobile Server installation and applying the Strategy 9.3.0 Hotfix 2 on the Strategy Mobile Server. However, there is no technical justification or reasoning which could endorse these actions, so this technical note was published as internal.
