Latest News
- MicroStrategy ONE December 2023 (2021 Update 12) is live in our Product Download page. In this release we think outside the dashboard and bring you the newest MicroStrategy capability – AI Bots. Eliminate ad hoc requests to your busy data team and increase access to answers across your organization by seamlessly connecting AI directly to your datasets in just minutes. Share or embed to empower everyone. If you are on our MicroStrategy Cloud offering, your Technical Account Manager will work with you to unlock this capability today. This release also brings MicroStrategy Cloud to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Check out more on GCP offering via our Cloud Service Guide. - Auto Expert, our technical support AI chatbot, enhances your technical support experience by providing smooth interactions and faster access to the information you need. - MicroStrategy World 2024 is in Las Vegas this year from April 29-May 2. Registration is open with an Early Bird rate: $995 which expires January 31st. Register Now!
Important Notices
- Our Technical Support Expiration schedule has been updated. Each quarterly MicroStrategy release will be supported for 24-months from its original release date. See the updated schedule at this location.
- Expiring soon! 2021 Update 4 (Dec 31 2023), Update 5 (March 2024), Update 6 (June 2024). See Platform Certifications for information about the latest supported and certified configurations.
- Discontinuation of Workstation for macOS. Based on adoption trends, we are phasing out. MicroStrategy Workstation for macOS. The final release will be version 2021 Update 12 with its support ending in July 2024. MicroStrategy Workstation for Windows continues. Additional information can be found here
- MicroStrategy Desktop/Application has reached its end of life and will no longer receive support. If you are using this product, please ensure to transition to Library. More information is available via this article.
