Strategy World is a four-day conference that features keynote events, 70+ sessions on enterprise and embedded analytics, and education courses for platform users. When and where will Strategy World 2024 take place?
Strategy World 2024 is taking place at Resorts World Las Vegas. The event starts on Monday, April 29 with our welcome reception and education courses and will end on Thursday, May 2.
Strategy World will also feature the 3rd annual Bitcoin for Corporations event. The event will also take place at Resorts World on Wednesday, May 1 and Thursday, May 2.

A high-level agenda is available on our website. Session information will be updated on an ongoing basis. We expect to release our first set of sessions posted by mid-February.

I am interested in speaking at Strategy World. How do I apply?
Speaking sessions are available to our customers to share their story and experience with Strategy. You can find the relevant links to apply for a speaking session on the website. The deadline for submissions is Friday, February 2. For our partners, speaking sessions are available within the sponsorship packages.
Will there be a mobile app?
Strategy World will feature a comprehensive mobile app for attendee networking, booking meetings, viewing speaker profiles, and building your own agenda. The app is planned to go live on April 1 and registered attendees will receive a notification email.
Is there a virtual component of Strategy World?
Strategy World 2024 is an in-person event. However, the keynote presentations will be recorded.
What should I wear to Strategy World?
We recommend business or business casual attire for all conference functions, and casual attire for Tuesday night's conference party.
Can children attend Strategy World?
Attendees must be 21 years or older.
How much is Strategy World 2024?
The Strategy World conference pass costs $1,495. There is a Winter Rate of $1,295 ($200 savings) until April 1.

What is included in the Strategy World conference pass?
The Strategy World conference pass grants access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, partner showcase, meetings center, and food functions that are not by invite only. You are also welcome to join the Bitcoin for Corporations event.
What are the accepted methods of payment for Strategy World?
Payment methods include American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Your Strategy account executive can also process payment via a sales order. Please email registration@Strategy.com with questions or if you need information regarding Strategy World 2024.
Can my spouse or family join me during the event?
Guests, including children under the age of 21, are not permitted to attend sessions and are not permitted in the conference area.
You may purchase one (1) additional ticket for your spouse or partner to join the Strategy World party on Tuesday night. This individual ticket is $199 and includes entrance to Resort World’s Zouk & Ayu clubs, 3 hours of free drinks, food offerings, and great music.

How can I justify my attendance to my manager?

Do I have to register for specific sessions?
All sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday are accessible to attendees and pre-registration is not required. Education courses and certifications on Monday and Thursday require pre-registration. Information on these offerings are available on our website.
I received a discount code. How do I apply it to my registration?
The winter rate will automatically be applied at check out.
If you have another discount, please coordinate within your organization to assign the individual who will use the code. Note that you must have the code available when registering online. You will be asked to enter your code, click “Apply,” and your fee will be adjusted. Please note discounts cannot be combined with any other offer.
How do I request a copy of my receipt?
You should receive an emailed copy of your receipt or invoice upon completing registration. If you have not, please email Strategyworld@Strategy.com.
What is the conference cancellation policy?
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. All cancellation requests received by March 31, 2024 will be subject to a $250.00 service charge (not applicable in combination with a promotional code). Cancellation requests received after March 31, 2024 or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee (not applicable in combination with a promotional code). All refunds will be issued after the conference. Please email all cancellation requests to registration@Strategy.com.
If I cancel my conference registration, will my hotel be canceled as well?
No, the conference registration cancellation is separate from the hotel booking. Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation.
Are attendee substitutions allowed? If so, how do I do that?
Substitutions for the conference will be permitted at any time until a pass holder checks into the conference. Substitutes must work for the same company as the original registrant and payment information must stay the same. Substitutions are not valid for attendees already checked into the conference. Sharing of attendee passes is not permitted. This conference is organized by Strategy which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. Strategy’s receipt of registration and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Registrations and payments that are not accepted will be returned. Are there special conference rates to book at the event venue?
We have special discounted hotel rates in both hotels, the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World and the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World. Discounted rooms are limited and can be booked online here.
Both hotel towers have direct access to the Strategy World conference space.

Which airport do I have to fly to?
If arriving by air, we recommend flying into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). Located just 10 minutes from Resorts World Las Vegas.
How do I get from the airport to the conference?
Transportation options include taxi and ride-share options at Termina 1 and 3. You can find more information on our Hotel & Travel page.
Am I required to have a passport or visa to enter the United States?
All visitors to the United States are required to have a valid passport. Please visit the U.S. Department of State Travel website to determine if you have any visa or other entry requirements to attend the event. To obtain a personalized letter to use during your visa application process, please send an email request to Strategyworld@Strategy.com.
