Defining Transformations in Developer

Learn the basics of transformations in MicroStrategy Developer, an advanced environment providing a complete range of analytical functionality designed to facilitate the deployment of reports and creation of schema and application objects. Application architects can use various transformations to map a specified time period to another time period, applying an offset value, such as current month minus one month. Other examples of transformations include previous date, last year, last month, last quarter, and year-to-date transformations that act much like that of running sum. Start at 0:49 to jump into the how-to.
