Note: All these IDs are the Subtotal systems objects which should shipped out-of-the box in Strategy 2021.
Cause
System Objects are the out of the box objects that are automatically created in the metadata when user first creates a project. Prior to Strategy 9.0.2, System Objects were created with random object IDs (GUIDs). After Strategy 9.0.2, the Configuration Wizard introduces a new upgrade option at the project level which allows the user to Perform a System Object ID Unification. Performing this update will replace the existing GUIDs of System Objects with fixed IDs so all Strategy metadata use a unified structure. Please refer to KB34982.
Since the system objects’ ID are not unified, and the subtotals with fixed ID are missing from Metadata, when importing data and create the relationship metric (row count metric), the error occurs.
Action
Follow below steps to re-execute System Object ID Unification and upgrade metadata:

  1. Ensure the metadata with above error has been backed up.
  2. Connect to this metadata and run below SQL:

    update DSSMDOBJPROP set prop_val=0 where propset_id='C02146A211D46D60C0001786395B684F' and prop_id=4 and object_type=32;

  3. Use configuration wizard to upgrade all projects again.

If the error is not eliminated, please contact Strategy Technical Support.
