Multiple Strategy Intelligence Server servers can point to the same metadata ONLY if they are clustered. As of Strategy version 9.2.0, it is supported to have a maximum of 4 Intelligence Servers clustered. Having multiple Intelligence Servers point to the same metadata without clustering is an unsupported configuration with Strategy and may cause unforeseen metadata inconsistencies. Users are strongly recommended not to use this type of configuration.
If it is required to have one set of projects loaded on one server and a different set of projects loaded on another server, this is possible through asymmetric clustering which was introduced in Strategy 8.0.1.
