MsiSessionManager: failed to login User administrator on machine x.x.x.x
CAUSE:
This error occurs because the Server Definition has not been initialized correctly. In the DSSErrors.log file, the following error message will be displayed:
ConfigManager::GetServerDefSetting(): ServerDef not initialized: Long SettingId=75.
ACTION:
In order to resolve this issue, re-create the Server Definition by following the steps below:
- Launch the Strategy Configuration Wizard on Strategy Intelligence Server Universal.
- In Configuration Wizard, select 'Set up Strategy Intelligence Server' and click on Next. Follow the steps in the Configuration Wizard to create a new Server Definition.
- Now, re-start Strategy Intelligence Server and this will load the new Server Definition created above.
WARNING: Reconfiguration of Server definition will reset all of the server level settings back to default values. Make sure to save all of your settings before re-configuring the server definition. Please refer to:
