Upon further investigation, the following error is found in the logs that corresponds with the above error message:

CAUSE:The error code C00452D6 represents the fact that there was a problem with getting the information for the Sequelink Data source known by a dbalias as displayed in the above error message as:
BBGBBBGDBBGQBBHHBBHOBBIEBBHKBBHFBBIEBBEBBEGBBEE
The dbdriver.properties file (Program Files\Common FIles\MicroStrategy\Config) on the Subscription Portal machine is where these dbalias to Sequelink data source translations are stored. However for this encoded DSN name that appears in the dbdriver.properties file does not match any current DSNs existing for a connection to Sequelink.
ACTION:Ensure that the correct Sequelink data source exists. Refer to the following Technical Note for instructions on how to recreate the Sequelink data source to be used:
