KB263796: Important troubleshooting steps if custom shapes are not rendered in MicroStrategy Web/Mobile 9.4.x - 10.x

1. Make sure you have your geo role value set properly on the column.
2. Make sure there is no other shape that takes the same roleId and its default is true.
3. Make sure your kml path matches to the ml value in the layer.
4. Make sure your shape id and shapeCat is unique.
5. Open the taskAdmin page to check whether task can return the lookup info properly.
