When an entire DB2 source metadata is copied into another DB2 destination metadata shell with Strategy MDMover Utility, the following error message appears:

If MDMover is used to copy an entire DB2 source metadata into another DB2 destination metadata, the source and destination metadata tables will be compared after copying with the out-of-box settings. The issue is caused due to the difference in table DSSMDOBJDEFN between the source and destination metadata. This breaks the migration procedure.
You should deselect the Compare after Copy checkbox and then use MDMover to perform the migration to overcome the issue. Test the metadata by creating a project source and then accessing it to make sure it works properly after migration.
