SYMPTOM:
After setting up Kerberos / Integrated authentication as per KB33292 users trying to use integrated authentication receive the following error message:
No valid credentials provided "Mechanism level: Server not found in Kerberos database(7)"

CAUSE:
Strategy creates the Service Principal name used to authenticate the Intelligence Server at run time following this syntax:
MSTRSVRSvc/:
To populate the server name section and port number Strategy Web reads the values from the Strategy Web Admin page.

If instead of using the server name the administrator registered the Intelligence Server using the IP address, the Service Principal Name generated at run time will look as follows:
MSTRSVRSvc/10.21.36.21:34952
This will cause the error above.
ACTION:
Make sure that the Intelligence Server Name registered in the Strategy Web Admin page is the machine name and not the IP address. Also if using a fully qualified machine name in the Intelligence Server Service Principal name make sure that the same is reflected in the Admin page
