SYMPTOM:
After successfully configuring a Strategy Enterprise Manager 9.0.x environment using the Enterprise Manager Console, the data load failed with the following error:
Data loading has failed! Subscript out of range.
This error pops up when Custom Time Window is used. For more information about Custom Time Window, see:
KB10191: What are the “Custom Time Window” and “WH Data Deletion” buttons in the MicroStrategy Enterprise Manager 9.x Console? CAUSE:No Object Migration has been performed prior to attempting to load data with Custom Time Window. Custom Time Window does not try to load object information.
ACTION:Complete a Manual data load first before trying to do a Custom Time Window.
