KB35335: Search for dependents functionality for an attribute does not return a Transformation based on that attribute in MicroStrategy Developer 9.4.1 and 10.x

SYMPTOM
 
In Strategy Developer 9.4.1 and 10.x, 'Search for Dependents' functionality on an attribute, does not return any transformation based on that attribute.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

• Create a transformation based on an attributes in Strategy Developer 9.4.1 and 10.x as shown below.
   
  

• Right click on the attribute used in the transformation above and select 'Search for dependents'. Note that the search does not return Last Month's transformation as shown below.
   
  

CAUSE
This is a known issue in Strategy Developer 9.4.1 and 10.x
 
ACTION
Contact Strategy Technical Support  for an update on the status of  this issue.
