KB41274: The "Next" button is disabled after put in the activation code in MicroStrategy License Manager on Windows, Linux/Unix operating system.

SYMPTOM:
When user try to activate the server through Strategy License Manager 9.x, after put in the activation code, the "Next" button is grayed out.
CAUSE:
This could be due to a variety of reasons such as:

• The activation code was incorrectly applied with space at the end or between.
• The activation code is invalid.

ACTION:
There are following possible ways to resolve the issue:

1. Make sure that the key is applied correctly without any spaces.
2. If the Intelligence server machine has Internet access, request a new key through License Manager directly.
3. If the machine has no Internet access, refer KB13421  to manually generate the new Activation XML file, and then continue with the process of manual activation by uploading this newly generated Activation file to the licensing site and requesting an Activation code.
