SYMPTOM:
When importing data from Strategy Web, and use Facebook as the data source, users receive the error "Failed to retrieve refresh token for authentication", as showed below.
CAUSE:
There is a change in Facebook API that broke data import functionality from both Strategy Web as well as Strategy Desktop. A code change is needed to adapt Strategy to the Facebook API change.
ACTION:
The code change has been delivered with 10.4 Hotfix 4 as well as 10.8 version. Upgrade to take the fix.
