The update cache subscription will not refresh the cache created by VI Dashboard in MicroStrategy 10.x

SYMPTOM
When the VI Dashboard is executed from Web, there are XML & HTML5 caches created.

After two update cache subscriptions (one with format HTML5 & one with format Presentation) created and triggered, all existing XML and HTML5 caches are deleted and a new XML cache created.

CAUSE
Currently, Strategy do not support the update cache subscription for VI Dashboard. 
ACTION
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available. 
WORKAROUND
To improve the performance of the VI Dashboard, enable dataset cache.  KB439316
