KB44016: How to transfer the error code from Hexadecimal to Decimal in Windows operating systems

As described in KB32648: How to customize error messages coming from the Intelligence Server in MicroStrategy Web 9.3.x-9.4.x.
"The error ID obtained above is in hexadecimal format and has to be converted to its Decimal Code form. Technical Support has tools able to convert the hexadecimal error ID, please contact technical support to convert any Error IDs."
For the steps below to transfer the error code from Hexadecimal to Decimal (using the decimal error code 0x80003f79 as an example):

• In Windows Operating System, go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Calculator
• Select 'Hex', and 'Dword', as shown below:
  

• Copy and paste the Hexadecimal error code, as shown below:
  

• Click on 'Dec' to get the Decimal error code, as shown below:
  

• The decimal number to error ID "0x80003f79" is "-2147467399".
  

 
Another example to transfer the Hexadecimal error code 0x8004393C to Decimal:

The decimal number to error ID "0x8004393C" is "-2147206852".
