Is it possible to burst on more than one page-by field in Strategy 9.3.x and newer?
ANSWER
When more than one page-by field is added into the bursting field, all the fields are taken into consideration. It does not matter if a 1-to-1 relationship does not exist between the attributes in the page-by field as the end result will include all the possible combinations of the page-by elements.
