0x8006431f: (There is a registered trusted web server with name, 'http://WEBSERVER/StrategyWS/'.)
CAUSEThis error message is shown when an administrator user attempts to re-create a trust relationship between a Web Services server and Intelligence Server for which a trust relationship has been established previously but the token does not exist on the Web Services server anymore.
When creating a trust relationship, a trust token is created on the Web Server and stored under the Web Services Deployment location (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\MicroStrategy\Web Services for Web Services ASP) as a file named INTELLIGENCE_SERVER.token. This token identifies the web server for interaction with Intelligence Server when using trusted authentication. On Intelligence Server side the trust relationship is stored in the metadata. This problem will occur when the trust relationship is listed in the metadata but the token is missing on the Web Services server.
A similar issue may occur when using Strategy Web. Refer to

ACTION To prevent this issue from happening it is recommended to delete the trust relationship between Strategy Web Services and Intelligence Server before upgrading the Web Server or re-deploying the .war file. To delete the trust relationship, follow the steps outlined in
KB41359 - How to configure Trusted Authentication for MicroStrategy Office 9.2.x and up Alternatively, the .token file should be backed up before performing the upgrade in order to ensure to maintain the trust relationship. Before Strategy 10, it is not possible to delete a trust relationship from the Strategy Desktop / Developer user interface. Starting from Strategy 10, user could go to Developer-->Configure Strategy Intelligence Server-->Web Single Sign-On-->Configuration to manually delete the unwanted trusted relationship.
