SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 9.4.1 and 10.x, when at least one series is displayed differently from the other series in a graph inside a document, multiple tooltips do not appear anymore when hovering the mouse on close values.
STEP TO REPRODUCE:
1. In Strategy Developer, log into Strategy Tutorial project. Create a simple report with "Quarter" attribute and Cost, Profit and Revenue metrics.
2. In Strategy Developer, create a new document and use the previously created report as dataset.
3. Add the dataset to the document as a Stacked Vertical Area Graph

4. Make a copy of the graph within the same document. Right-click on it > Edit Graph > Right-click again > Graph Options > Series > click on Cost > select "Riser" under "Show Selected Series As". Click OK.

5. Save and close the document. Open it in Flash mode in Strategy Web.
6. Compare the behaviour between the two graphs. When hovering the mouse on Revenue and Profit values close to each other, multiple tooltips appear in the original graph, while they don't appear in the copied modified graph. This is because not all the series are displayed in the same way (in this case, Cost is displayed as risers while Revenue and Profit are displayed as areas).

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Web 9.4.1 and 10.x.
ACTION:
As seen in KB257502: New in MicroStrategy 10.1 - Interactive and Flash document view modes deprecated, Interactive and Flash view modes are being deprecated, making Express view mode the only available view mode for upcoming Strategy releases starting in 10.1; since the issue does not happen in Presentation mode, it is recommended to use that mode.
WORKAROUND:
The only workaround to make multiple tooltips available again is to have all series of the graph displayed the same.
