SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Analytics Enterprise 9.4.1, below error message appears when the ESRI cloud offering key is not correct.
String with key ‘mstr.11725’ was not found

KB45413: Is an ESRI key required for MicroStrategy ESRI map configuration in MicroStrategy Web 9.4.1 - 10.x?KB45064: How to activate cloud-based ESRI maps for MicroStrategy Web products CAUSE:This error happens when cloud key is not correct. If the esriCongi.xml is downloaded from above KB45064, ESRI cloud key must be modified.
ACTION:1. Open a Strategy technical support case to request an ESRI Key and provide the DSI.
2. Check esriConfig.xml if contain any incorrect characters.
