Think about how much information can be hidden or overlooked within emails. With the increase in the influx of emails, people tend to make decisions based on premature intuitions. What if this information was readily available upon opening emails? We believe that business users become more informed workers when they’re provided with data and have easy access to analytics and information within the context that they are in.
That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of HyperIntelligence for Office for businesses to improve overall employee productivity. With HyperIntelligence for Office – Outlook Add-in, you get instant access to enterprise information within the context that you are in without having to switch applications or search for information.
No more faulty decisions, every reply will be based on a fact!
HyperIntelligence Cards are matched based on keywords mentioned in the email subject, body, sender, and recipient sections. You can get instant access to information on accounts, contacts, employees, cases, opportunities, and more associated with your email without switching between different applications.
The Outlook add-in is now available on Outlook for Mac (Office 365), Outlook for Windows (Office 365), and Outlook on the web.

Who creates the cards for business users?
Strategy business analysts, or card authors, create HyperIntelligence Cards using Workstation 2019. The easy-to-use card authoring experience lets authors create cards using one of three templates in minutes.
Once the card is created and certified, the author must add all users to the ACL to view the cards across clients. Thereafter, the card is ready to be pushed to all Hyper Clients such as HyperIntelligence for Office, HyperIntelligence for Web, or HyperIntelligence for Mobile (iOS and Android). All information can be available on your favorite devices.
How does the add-in work?
Unlike the experience in HyperIntelligence for Web, HyperIntelligence for Office does not underline keyword matches within the context of an email. Instead, each card associated with a selected email is displayed within the panel on the right-hand side of the Outlook application. By default, each card renders in a collapsed view–giving the user the ability to see a specific number of cards.
Once logged into HyperIntelligence for Office, you'll arrive at the homepage that provides a holistic perspective of accounts, opportunities, products, contacts, and employees across the selected email. Each individual card match is elegantly indexed based on the card type and color. Users can view the total number of card matches and the number of matches specific to each card.
How can I filter cards based on an email source?
Refine your experience based on what information you are interested in.
To filter cards, use the filter icon on the homepage to select different sections of the email as a source to match cards. In specific cases, it is hard to keep up with the large number of cards that appear based on sender, recipients, body, or email subject. Filtering allows you to pick which source causes cards to appear, reducing the number of card results.

How do I manage my cards?
Click the Card icon on the homepage and select the Cards tab to manage the cards in your environment.
Use the toggles to enable or disable cards. With the Card Management pane, you will find more information about your cards, such as how many cards are available in the card set (for example: 2,000 cards for the Employee card set) and when the card was last updated (for example: 6/16/2019 for the latest update of the Account cards).

How do I manage my settings?
You can use settings to learn more about your account and environment information.
Click the Card icon on the homepage and select the Settings tab to access Help, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Contact Information, or to Log Out of the environment. On the settings panel, you can also clear caches and turn off all cards with just one click of button. This should be done if you would like to refresh all the cards at once.
