Quarterly Communications Summary for Support Liaisons

Roberto Lara

Vice President, AI Engineering • MicroStrategy

This article summarizes how MicroStrategy Support shares useful information with our customers’ Support Liaisons on regular basis. Bookmark this article for easy access to our catalog of quarterly newsletters and direct links to other helpful resources.

Strategy Support is here to help you keep your analytics applications running smoothly so that you can minimize risk and achieve high performance.
Beyond providing technical support when you contact us, we also provide increased visibility into important topics that may impact your environment—helping you take action so that you can continue providing a superior BI experience to your users.
In early 2020, we launched the Top Tips webinar series to provide you detailed insights into setup and support for the topics you care about most. Our product specialists discuss something new each month, and we publish each recording for you to access on-demand.
In December, we built off of your enthusiasm for our webinar series to release our inaugural The Support Report newsletter to share must-know information for Strategy Administrators. All designated Support Liaisons will automatically receive this quarterly communication.

For 2021 onwards, we’ve enhanced our Support Report content to further consolidate helpful tips, useful information, and important updates all in one quarterly communication. We hope you enjoy it.
Sincerely,
Your Strategy Support Team
